the business’ identify since 2018 and from 2019 we have been connecting leading organisations to their desired market place and customer base, across Australia and New Zealand.
Our mission is clear, we “connect people to business to reach true potential, optimum growth and universal gain.” It’s a common theme ranging from our clients and contractors to staff and their families.
We put people before profit and as big as our business gets, we will always have a passion for quality personnel as we believe they are the mortar that binds bricks together.
Our success is never measured in numbers and profit, but rather in the form of amazing people and undeniable value. We built our business and success on great people first, great skillsets second.
We started this business to solve one of the most common problems in business; and that is that 90% of business that start, end in failure. Not because they weren’t working hard enough or the product/brand wasn’t good enough.
Purely and simply because consistently acquiring new customers is the heartbeat of any business. However, most companies don’t have the time, money or skillset to do it for themselves. Prosper assist by; recruiting, training and driving sales teams for already established brands. Prosper is in the business building business!

Hi, I’m Silas and I joined Prosper just over a year ago. Originally, I planned to pursue a career in the business of sport but pivoted when I saw the opportunities this industry could give me… and I’m delighted with my decision.
I had no sales experience but, through Josh and the team, I quickly learned all manner of skills and techniques. However, my professional growth has come not just from learning the mechanics but also the emphasis put on developing yourself as a person outside of working hours. I know I’m not the only one in the team who feels this way and these are the people with whom I’ve grown and will continue to grow alongside.

Hey! I’m Jonny, and I’ve been working with Prosper for just over a year now. Originally from the UK, I moved to Australia on a Working Holiday visa. With some previous sales experience, but not much, I applied for the role to explore the industry. Initially I found the work culture, progression and travel opportunities the job provides just amazing! It immediately exceeded my expectations in all areas and I have developed so much as a person since I started. Now, my goals have developed further than I ever thought possible, i’m now growing as a leader, with ambitions to open my own marketing business in the future.

Hey! I’m Arthur and I’ve been in sales over a year now. I stumbled across the in industry fresh out of school and decided to give it a crack because of the great team culture, to learn key skills and having the ability to progress! Getting paid for the value you create rather than just showing up was massive for me. I’ve developed so much as a person and professional since I first started but I know there’s so much more I can achieve! I now have ambitions of running my progressing in the industry, running a business in the future and helping other people achieve their own goals too.

Hello, I’m Lauren, I have a background of over 5 years working in a large recruitment agency and 6 months ago joined Prosper Direct. Since being within the industry for a few months there has been so many opportunities for growth, networking with industry professionals and personal development which made me enjoy the industry so much.
I had the opportunity to join Prosper initially as a Sales Representative and have now moved in to a new role to support with recruitment and operations. To help grow the company as we scale through the stages of small to big business is an incredible opportunity.
